Like all of us these days, I’m too busy.  I’m a mom with a full-time job, overscheduled kids, a ragtag menagerie of rescue animals and a 100 year old house.  My life took a left turn when two of my constant companions and closest allies passed away just two days apart.  Even as a longtime advocate of the power of personal practice, I struggled with my commitments to do the things I inherently knew were good for me.

Every.Single.Day. is the story of how I found my way back into the land of the living by practicing what I had been preaching.

It’s my first book.  It won’t be my last.  I am still running.  Every.single.day
