We all know there are simple things we could and should be doing on a daily basis to help us live better lives.  We should drink more water, eat better, get lots of sleep and exercise.  Right?! But easier said than done!

After trying a series of 30 day challenges to varying degrees of success I found my tribe in an amazing community of runners known as streakers (no, not the ones who take their clothes off !) who run without fail and became hooked.

Getting out the door every day is challenging for anyone, yet somehow I managed to squeeze running in no matter where life took me – to multiple states and countries, in snow and on sand, while hungry, full, drunk, hungover and well…everywhere.
